Product Safety & "Use at Your Own Risk"

Candles are inherently functional products involving open flames. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You assume all responsibility for the safe use of the candle. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to fires, property damage, or physical injury.
Safety Instructions: You agree to follow the safety instructions provided on our Candle Care Cards and the mandatory Warning Labels attached to every vessel.
Allergy Notice: Our candles use 100% natural soy wax and fragrance oils. If you have known sensitivities to specific scents or soy products, please use caution.

Artisan Variation & "Tester" Disclaimer

Because our candles are hand-poured and artisanal:

Aesthetic Variations: You acknowledge that natural soy wax may have slight imperfections, such as "frosting" or "sinkholes." These are normal characteristics of soy wax and do not affect the safety or quality of the burn.
Experimental Units: If you are participating in our Co-Creation Lab or using a Testing Unit, you acknowledge that these are experimental formulas. These units are provided "as-is" for the purpose of research and feedback.
